Generative Algorithms and porous surface

Hi All, 

I am trying to create a porous surface in which the holes in the surface respond to pressure applied to the surface, does anyone know the best way to do this?

Kangaroo would be your best bet.

Then I suppose Pressure of Spring Forces.....  You'll need to know about Meshes so I suppose either [uto]'s Mesh Utilities or Giulio's WeaverBird would also be necessary (probably both)
