Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everyone,

(I'm french , I apologize for the broken English,

There is nobody on the french forum...)
I have a small question , here I would like to get this from a grasshopper file:

I created my curves (at least partly ) + offsets , but I block to get the result above,
I would like to have the External parts of my curves shifted without internal connections
:

I think we should create a surface and then emptied within this area
and retrieve the curves forming the surface , but then I block ,
if you have ideas , I'm interested : P
I think there is a solution to only work with the curves ( shatter etc )
but it may be more complicated to create , if there is no solution to my request ,
I would like that

Thank you in advance
Pierre

Hi.

I think that's exactly what Clipper plug-in is good at.

Thank you very much , this plugin is great !
For cons , the destination for laser cutting and we can see segments ,
It is possible to smooth the segments while keeping
the clean angles ?

Here we have another more cumbersome way. The quality of curve is much better.

Yet another solution, I strugle a bit but it works, just using curves, shatter.

Voici une autre solution, j'ai bataillé, mais ça marche en utilisant que des courbes.

Nice.

I tried with your method, Laurent , this is much faster ,
I made a small change to remove the segment
(I made the comparison with the length of the smallest element to keep )

For cons , I need only keep the curves inside of External curves

of black circles, I tried to select them (light blue),

but there remain the small end segment inside (in light blue),

I have found no solution.
(j'ai besoin de garder uniquement les courbes exterieures des

courbes en noir, mais il reste les petits bouts de segments en bleu clair

que je n'arrive pas a enlever)

You have a solution?

Thank you in advance ;-)

Pierre

Thank you , it is much simpler than the solution I found (post footer )
Thank you very much to you
I first tried it with version from Hyungsoo Kim , I still have some
tweaking to do ( I'll have to remove the small curves toward
the outside circle) but it works perfectly

I just changed something, I started the operation (array,
deplacement)
on surfaces instead of curves because there were errors when
I changed the offset

By against the processing time is very long
( about 20 seconds to calculate with a macbook pro )
Tomorrow I try version from laurent Delrieu

I managed , it was difficult to find the solution, here is the result
I think I made complicated to create the tree to split my curves , if you have another solution , I'm interested
