Not directly...
One way would be to bake your surfaces and inspect them manually to see which ones are flipped.
Then try and devise a GH routine to keep the surfaces oriented they way you want using perhaps a guide surface or revising the way you construct your surfaces.
The bake, check again, etc.

You could also visualize the surface normals by displaying the vector. Then you wouldn't need to bake, but I find coloring the backside faces is any easier way (in Rhino) to see what's going on.
