Feedback Loops

I want to ask for a new feature. Considering Galapagous as an optimizer, it uses kind of a built in "feedback" mechanism. I would like to have some elements for making feedback mechanisms for other kind of optimizers.

Since I think such an action needs an interuption in the sequential equation solving procedures (the default computation manner of Grasshopper); I think having some components for manipulating this sequence is the key for making feedback mechanisms.

I am wondering if it is practicaly possible to have a kind of 'enabler/disabler' or a 'triger' for GH componenets. As compared with VirTools, I think we we also need a mechanism for time delay causation (a quantized delay, i.e. like a "frame" delay in VirTools: given a fixed digital sampling/regenrating rate) and manipulation in GH equation solving sequence. Is the idea behind the Timer component related to this matter?
