Extract element connectivities information

Hi all,

Please see attached file.

I am trying to extract the element connectivities (information of how between points connect to each other to form a "face"). 

The index was already shown in Rhino interface (as can be seen in attached file). 

Basicly what I want is to get the information below in a text file in Grasshoppper:

0,1,2,3,4,5,0

0,1,75,76,0

72,73,74,75,76,77,72

etc.. {for all face that I have in my model}

I have the coordinates of those points in text file, but cannot get this connectivities information in my Ghx text file.

Is there any short way to do this, or I have to figure out using VB script or matlab to basicly encode the pattern etc every time I have such a case. 

Please help.
