ELK!

Wanted to give  a heads up to the people who were interested in this video posted by Timothy Logan

He has released (in November 2011) a set of plugins called Elk available at food4rhino.com  I've tested the components with several cities and I must say that I am impressed with the functionality it adds to grasshopper and the speed at which it resolves all of the data.  There is no group for Elk here on the gh page, but it would be nice to have eventually.  Thanks Tim!

Hi, that is a grat plugin!

I got evrything working good but i cant get the SRTM file working on my site - Netania, israel.

what am i doing wrong?

Two things, the HGT file is SRTM3 format, so set the F boolean to false.  Also change your ranges to domains.
