Is it posable to control the order of the triangles in a delanay mesh?

The Delaunay mesh is created by 4 corner points and a center point which is based off the (0.5, 0.5, 0) uv point of an offset surface. My thinking was that this would create a "standard relationship" so that each quadrant would create the triangles in the same order, this would allow me to cull the same triangle for each quadrant. Clearly this is not the case(triangle 1 is different for each one) so I wanted to see if anyone knows of a method to achieve a standard order of triangles witch would allow me to create openings that face a standard direction.

Thanks for the help.

It would probably easier to create directly your meshes without using Delaunay, like this :

Hi Systemiq

Can you share the GH definition  to this example?

I dont Know as to do with the only simple  picture...

I have a question  , the imput on  the Comp Mesh Triangle are the

 simple post it or ?????

For we beginners  it's very hard understand the mesh construction...

Thanks in  advanced

Those are post-its with 'Show Indices' and 'Show Paths' turned off in the context menu.  I hope the details above make it easier to understand what's going on.  Basically it's generating an orderly point list and then feeding it into the mesh components.
