delaunay mesh at the top of a volume

Hi everybody
I was trying to make a volume as shown. Making upper part as a delaunay mesh, the problem is that I don't know how to calculate the volume inside. If anyone knows how to do it, or another way to make the definition, i will appreciate.

You should install Mesh Tools from @ [ u t o ]. There is a component that will compute mesh volume.

I tried it and get this message:
"Mesh geometry is not solid"
Is there a way to make it solid?

Thank you taz, but i still have problems with this definition. I attach the files.
First I don't get the mesh as I'd like it, because it doesn't follow the limit I want.

Anyway the aim would be to be able to calculate its volume and to work it as a solid, i don't know if that's possible.
