algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi GUYS,, I made a surface and extracted isocurves from it then i wanted to add a code for surface ribbons which divide the curves into lines and the rotating it by some attractor then ,,lofting it again ,,

But THE PROBLEM WITH ME

is that i want each curve from the isocurves to loft separately which doesn't happen it begin to loft all the cyrves together ,, i know it may be an easy problem but am new here and i really need help urgently in my project.

use shift lists. with 1 and another with -1

make sure wrap is set to "False".

The New GH has changed its behaviour

where do I use the shift lists ?? 

I cannot help you specifically because the file crashed when opened on my computer.

But it would look something like this:

Looks like I'm going to have to restart my PC after the crash. I'll try again after lunch to post a valid picture

I am still failing in doing this ,,when i use shift the loft gets error,, can u show me on the code I attached ,,thanks in advane
