algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have been struggling to figure out a method for creating a Radial Grid where the spacing between rings can be varied.  The standard Radial Grid Component works great for most of my needs, but it would be nice to find a more flexible method.

I am able to generate the general curves and points, but the data structure isn't correct at all for extracting closed 4 sided Polygon "cells"  (which is what you get with the standard Radial Grid Component).

So I am looking to be able to create the Cells within parametric control over the number of Radial Divisions and spacing from the center.  I made a version of a cell in Rhino to illustrate... any ideas are welcome and appreciated.
