Curve direction mistake?

Hi all,

I've managed to get some sort of multiple loft going (ok, it's edge surf, cap and join.... but it worked...) Now I'm struggling with some curve directions.

- The curves should be offset to the top (60mm) and the outside (2mm).

In the first image, you see that the offset for the selected curve is to the inside....

but when I flip it (image below), the offset is to the right side, but the surface get's messed up.

Any clues?
