algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello, I' want to create a surface from a set of coordinates of an irregular tube. 

I have a set of coordinates and want to use 'circle fit' to draw a circle within each 4 points and then create a lofted surface of my irregular tube. 

So far I've been doing each circle fit selecting each 4 points each time and creating one 'FCircle' componet for earch circle, but it seems a tediuos and inefficient way to do this.

Does someone know an ease way to do this to avoid create multiple 'FCircle' components?

The attached only works if the accuracy of the central axis is higher than the deviation between the inner and outer rings.
