Create adaptable assembly piece

Hi erveryone

First GH for me, I ve been through the forum and did not find a solution yet. I hope you can help me with that:

I want to create through Grasshopper the cliping pieces between two panels, that will have the same angle as the rotation one specified in the GH file. I am not sure yet the form of this cliping element, but it would prob be like an S shape cliping down a panel and up the other one. Hence the question: is it possible to generate it and glip it from the shapes originally creates there?

Anotre question: since the pieces/ panels I created are been panneled inside my definition domain, how to I change that if I want the pieces to be centered on those places but overlay on their respective neighbourghs? 

Also I am not sure my definition is as light and effective as it could be, please feel free to comment ;)
