Create a rounded top

Hey guys,

 

I can't find a solution for my problem I tried everything I could imagine.

 

I want to create a rounded top on this model, if its possible you shouldn't see a blending.

 

It is a mesh file.

It's not obvious from your mesh how a rounded top would look like.

It would be easier with a surface (actually the surface and its offset) and I guess it is a sample of a surface you cant share ...
