Controlling Movement and Scaling of Planes Simultaneously

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a tower that allows me to have control over the series of planes in terms of movement and scaling. As I attempted as many ideas and components which I could think of, even using graph mapper or expressions that can help me, it seems very far off from what I had in mind. I'm thinking that I should consider using loft between a few definitions of physically created curves if it is too tough to work on grasshopper singularly. However I really hope that I can figure something out on grasshopper. The following side profile of the tower i'm trying to create looks like this and here is what I have been attempting so far. Any advice or suggestions are highly welcome. Thanks in advance!
