Conic Curve Tangent at Start and End

Hello,

Is there a way to create conic curves specifying 'tangent at start and end' like the rhino command in gh?

I have been using Blend Curve and Tangent Curve to varying degrees of success.

I am trying to get the tightest radius as possible without creating a non-tangential 'bump' as shown in the example.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems Pieter, beat me to posting but here's my answer that also works on curves. 

Attached the 3dm to show the process, (Checked against the Conic Command)

EDIT: Currently not letting me upload files, getting errors from Ning, will try later.
