Cleaner merge of pipes from multiple points to one

I have a set of points determined by the position of the sun. A pipe command runs through them with a common base point for all of them. I need the pipes to merge smoother and cleaner at the base and couldn't get around a definition to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
