Change Surface Degree/Degree Elevation

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a way to elevate the degree of a surface without changing the geometry in Grasshopper. This is possible via the "ChangeDegree" command in Rhino, but I haven't been able to find anything in the SDK that talks about degree elevation. I would generally just use the "rebuild surface" component available in lunchbox, but for things like perfect circles or arcs this component seems to default all of the control point weights to zero and then perform a surface fit, so the result isn't quite the same geometry (and I need it to be).

I realize I could do this through scripting, but I'd prefer to stay in the Grasshopper world if at all possible :).
