cant plus in grasshopper

I try to plus in grasshopper in rhino. But it shows that " Exception occured in plug-in Grasshopper

Can not launch DLL 'rhcommon_c': Can not load this programme bacuase the setup of programme is incorrect. Reinstallation of programme can repair this problem. (Happen in accident HRESULT: 0x800736B1 )

Stack trace :

In Unsafe Native Methods. ON_User Data_RegisterCustomUserData(String managed_type_name, Guid managed_type_id)

In Rhino.Runtime.HostUtils.InitializeRhinoCommon()

In Grasshopper.Plugin.GH_PluginUtil.LoadGrasshopper() In C:\dev\Grasshopper.....

Please advice the way to plus in grasshopper. Thank you.

you need to install the Visual C runtimes

After installation of Visual C runtimes, still cant install

Make sure your system is updated to all the latest versions. This includes the latest service releases of the runtimes (SP1 is here, get newer hotfixes from ms update).
