can GH also show surface evaluations like env map zebra or curvature for cnc

Hi Claas,

this is not possible now. You can assign materials using the Custom Preview component (you'll need to have the RDK installed), and materials can have reflection maps, but that will only allow you to mimic Emap and maybe Zebra.
