algorithmic modeling for Rhino

C# list access

I am bringing in a list of circles into a C# component, for the sake of learning I am trying to script removal of Circles with a radius less than a slider(shown in the top corner). Im not sure how to access the radius within the list. 

David posted list documentation help  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/6sh2ey19.aspx from one of my other posts but im quite new to writing code in C# so any help would be appreciated. 

So basicly im trying to replicate the highlighted portion with a C# script and hopefully I will learn about list properties in C#. Thanks
