Breaking out components

My question is simple, but can not seem to find the solution.  See attached image.  I have a swept surface, sub divided the surface into points along its section.  For my next operation I would like to use just one of the points.  How can I break the points out to select just one of them??  Any comments are appreciated,  Thanks!

You could flatten the list and use list item to select the point you need.
