Baking Geometry with Color

Hi,
I am using the gradient tool to color code some geometry. Is it possible to bake the generated geometry with the color as previewed?

I think what you need is a bake the attributes script in here:
http://www.giuliopiacentino.com/grasshopper-tools/
there's a lot of useful scripts, in there worth trying them out...
