Any clue about how to make this building in grasshopper?

I'm on the road of learning Grasshopper and tried to imitate some good design.

here is one, I have no idea how to make it, and I'm asking for help.

the original design was done by Bjarke Ingels Group, this is a library in Copenhagen.
