Altering a Spiral Staircase Definition to Include a Platform After Each Rise

Hey Grasshopper community,

I have cheeky Thursday challenge for everyone!

Attached is a definition for a Spiral Staircase; I want to change it so that each rise there is a platform. I assume this would simply require one or two steps every rise to not increase in height, and therefore making a ground plane. However I'm not confident enough with the old G-Hopper yet to be able to control this by myself.

Additionally I'm also wondering if there's an opportunity for the stair case to have a rail on either side. So perhaps what would be great is if there was someway of subtracting/trimming a portion of the interior stair so it rotated around a hollow shaft instead of all connecting in the middle.
