algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Similar to converting a line to a linear spring, is it possible to add rotational stiffness to the joints (where two or more lines come together) such that the moment depends on the change in angle? The lines would then be (approximately) rigid links.

I've attached an example where a simple frame is compressed, and also the desired state if the joints have finite stiffness (instead of completely pinned).

I could use the Bend component but then I have to define one for each pair of two lines. Is there a better solution?
