Charles,

You can assign any list of letters to whatever randomly generated points you create.

Text Tag 3D letters from GH can be baked and then exploded in Rhino to give you outline curves for fabrication.

If it matters, there is a separate process where you can convert Rhino text into single line (instead of outline) letters.

CNC friendly numbers in Rhino

Unfortunately text tags in GH cannot be assigned a color, however point objects can be colored. That might work for your diagramming needs.
