Grasshopper Process

Hi guys, I'm posting this because I need a little help with the creation process for a facade I'm working on.

In the images you can see what I intend to create using grasshopper. The model was made in Sketchup.

So far I have been able to create that facade in two 2 ways, but I'm not sure which one is better, drawing lines with fillets and joining them in rhino for latter a vertical "move" for creating copies, or inserting two joined surfaces (first floor and then second and third).

All the tutorials I've seen show how to do what I intend in using a plane, but I'm not sure how this works with an origami-like surface.

Any help, tips or comments are appreciated!
