algorithmic modeling for Rhino

question with adding GSA’s assemblies “Interop.gsa_8_6.dll" to GH's vb.NET component

 

Hi all,

I met some error message when adding the latest GSA's assembly "Interop.gsa_8_6.dll" to a VB.net component in GH, which said "Referenced Assembly failed to load ... ". On the other hand, it is working well when testing with the older version Interop.gsa_8_5.dll.

Has anyone met a similar problem before?

Could it be that you are trying to load a .NET 4.0 assembly? This probably won't work while your code is running inside Rhino4.
