algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Restrict polygon size on surface with uv's

I'm trying to control the size of the polygons so they don't extend into each other in the v direction and also be able to set a maximum size for the polygons.  My attempts to this point have failed.  I was wondering if this was a quick fix?  If anyone has any suggestions or could take a look at it for me I would be grateful.
