Exporting problem

Hi every one,

I have a problem while exporting the lines as dwg using Local code.

why in the auto cad drawing some of the exported lines are appearing as "Spline" instead of "Polyline" even though I`m selecting the polyline scheme! and some others are remaining as polylines?

Any help would be appreciated
