Wishlist - Expand Vector Component For Plane Rotation

woudl it be possibel to expand the Rotate Plane Component - vector componenst group - so that we can rotate about either the x or the y axis of the plane, and not just the z axis? (I know I can do this by exploding the base elements of a plane and creating a new plane from these base elements where the original z axis vector now becomes the x axis vector of the new plane and then rotate this new plane).
