Srfsplit for polysurfaces?

Hello,  does anyone have a method of splitting polysurfaces with a curve other than the SrfSplit.S component? It doesn't seem to like the polysurface I have to slice up.

if you're willing to get your hands dirty with scripting you can split BReps with other Breps with the Brep.Split method.
