Point on Curve Help

Can anyone tell me why this point isn't getting picked up in the list.  I placed the points near snap, so I know they are on the curve.  Also the details show they have the same y-coordinate values

Also if anyone has a better way to find out out whether a point is on a curve I am all ears.  So I have a bunch of points and a bunch of curves and would like the to sort the points based on what curve they line on.
