intersection(gh) at higher accuracy(rhino)

hey
i have to level the accuracy of my rhino (tools-option-units) to something like 1e-12
however, by doing this, the intersection commands of grasshopper are not working anymore.
i'm able to solve this problem with c# (by setting the tolerance manually)
even though i'm searching for a solution without c#.
maybe there's somebody out there with a hint.
