Bounding cone

Here is a script which calculates the bounding cone of a group of points or vectors, with a cone tip at a given place. It is a sort of minimum field of view and camera direction to see a group of points. It gives a quite robust estimation of a direction (at the moment not robust to aligned points with center). But points could be on a plane.
