about spatial frame or firbre network. any idea how to do that?

Hi guys, what I want to do is somehow like the pics showed, the spaitial network/firbre network (whatever u like to call it),but with a little bit complex overall geometry(unlike 3d voroni need a box to be the boundary)

Any idea how to do that?
