Tower Structure

Hello, I am trying to do a structure like the one on Zaha´s "One Thousand Museum Tower".

I have been trying to realize it with Daniel Pikers algorithm, but I have not been able to do anything close to it.

Does someone know how can I realize a structure like that one? I really need some help.
