Connecting points with rule in space syntax diagram

Dear guys,

I would like to link points in according a matrix design in excel where any point or function program could be or not link to others through a boolean value (0, 1). Due to the great amount of spaces i like to so a step more, while the manual connection is the easy way.

Any suggestion is welcomed
