Parametric Brick wall

Hello everyone! i am trying to do a parametric brick wall where i can control the space of the brick and the rotation that turn gradually.

I found two code that would be perfect, but i am having trouble finding a way to connect it in one starting from a surface. 

Does anyone can help me with this?
