Help! How to create a surface from the different set of points or curves.

Hi to all,

 I'm new to Grasshopper, I'm having problems to create a surface from a set of lines and or points in a basic form I achieved. My problem is how do I organize the points to be able to do a 4 point surface or another freeform command in the definition I have.

 I'm posting the definition and the rhino file if you can have a look in would really appreciate.
