Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Meerkat is a set of tools to generate Grasshopper geometry from GIS shape files. GIS shape files can be batch 'geolocated and cropped' in a Google Maps browser.

You used to have videos of the addon on vimeo. They don't seem to exist anymore. Would it be possible to put them back?

I deleted the videos because they referred to an outdated version of Meerkat.  I'll do a new video soon to explain the latest version.

Hello

I got an error when changing On-Off boolean:

Line: 42

Char: 7

Error: 'google' is undefined

Code: 0

URL: aboutblank

Any idea how to fix it?

That is an error in the javascript portion of the web interface.  Maybe it has to do with web access and permissions.  If you go to the Google Maps API webpage (like https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/example...  use the javascript and html code)and copy any sample code into an html file on your desktop... then try running it.

The portion of the code that is triggering the error was not manipulated from the boilerplate... so I'd be confused if the sample runs fine.  I can give this a closer look on Monday as I don't have the javascript in front of me.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Nathan!

I solved the problem by turning of my firewall which I think is too sensitive.

Nathan,

Does Meerkat work in Rhino 6?
