those are the once i had already.
i wanted to start from scratch with the
tutorials provided here --> http://web.mac.com/rhino3dtv/GH/GH.html
On some videos, they open some templates first.
like for instance here --> http://web.mac.com/rhino3dtv/GH/GH_09_3_05_Sur_Pipe_Attractor.html
they are opening Logic_paramatric_grid.ghx from GH_templates.
i can't find this folder nowhere..
I mean i could rebuild them, but if those
sourcefiles are available somewhere,
i'd definetely prefer it that way...

All right I see what you are looking for. AFAIK there isn't yet any big archive with all those definitions. Those are simply files from previous examples. The one you are referring to - in your second link - is located at http://web.mac.com/rhino3dtv/GH/GH_05_19_Logic_Series_Parametric_Gr... . The download of all examples can be started, each time, from the green circle above on the page (see pic). I hope this helps.
