Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,everyone, I am new in grasshopper and now I am using it in the beginning of my architectural design.I use vorinoi to find path through distributed houses without being blocked by them.now I offset these lines in terms of the width of the path,I want to delete those lines which are blocked by buildings ,but I tried and failed.Could anyone tell me how to do it?Thanks a lot!

Hello. I had a look at your definition and deleted what wasn't really needed. The problem is in the Offset component. Your Offset component creates offset lines following each cell.

I find it easier to create one offset line minus one meter and a second line plus 1 meter. I used the Connect component to connect the two offset lines. The Collision One/Many component is ideal to find out which of your paths go through the buildings. Then use Sift pattern to get rid of the paths that go through the buildings. I hope that helps.
