Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

The question is:

Is there any good way, that I can change the shape of a point with grasshopper?

When I give a point in Grasshopper it takes an "X" Shape in Rhino. Kann I make an "O" Shape? ... How can I get this done with Grasshopper? Is there any possible way for this?

In Grasshopper choose:
Display->Preview point flavour

there are three options ... no option makes the points have an "O" shape

Isn't it possible to have an "O" shape for the points?

You are right. Sorry for the misinformation.

maybe I can give it an O-Shape with Rhino?

Not at the moment. We've only provided three ways of drawing points. You can draw whatever you like if you're doing the drawing yourself, but you cannot change it for existing GH objects.

Do you mean: not possible?

Unless you're willing to draw them yourself using C# or VB code then no, not possible.

also in rhinoceros it is not possible?

Same answer. Not possible unless you're drawing them yourself using a plug-in.

so where can I get a plug-in from? Which kind of plug-in is easy to make a point have an O Shape?

I need to get the points have an O shape to just start the drawing.
