nested voronoi components are ok but result is wrong

Hi,

I have a problem with nested voronoi.  There is no error in component but visual result has some errors.

1 structure is base for second group of voronoi pattern.

(i used voronoi group at the beginning but then moved to 3d voroni in order to have better connections on the corners)

2. here are the panels

but then when i moved from voronoi groups to 3d voronoi and deformed cube problem appeared

as i said already there is no visible problem in grasshoper. please give me a hint where may be a problem.
