Loft error

Hi Guys, I've a problem: I did an OFFSET, then a LOFT , but this is the result:

There is a curve (boundary) and the result of the offset (inner curve). I've 3 floor plans, but this is the only with this problem.

What about join > offset > planarSrf  than you can extrude x amount for your wall heights
