algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I am having problems aligninQNL_Perf%2BPattern_WIP1_chamber1.ghg the results some images sampling results /

basically I am trying to create a perforation pattern for a room, based on an image.

I have the sampling grid line up with the room / edges and the images has the exact right proportions. then I am sampling the image pixels and depening into which bracket the point falls, a certain shape gets put at that location. To do that I am culling the list of all points and just put the object at the left over points.

It almost works, but the left and bottom corner are cropped, causing the resulting point grid to shift and loose alignment with the room...

any ideas?

thanks,

Peter

The image sampler has its own coordinates setup, you'll have to set it properly to match your model.

thanks, got it work with that ...

Nearly a year ago I posted this:

It might come in handy when getting to grips with the image sampler.
