Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi ,

what is the best/fast way to generate srf from one space  closed curve ?  I guess it is by using patch .But there is no this kind of tools in original GH .Pity ah ?

Yes I know there is one patch component in Lunchbox(v0.35) , it seems ,however, not good enough as the patch in rhino .See the comparision below :

(left one is in rhino ,right one is in lunchbox)

What I want is one perfect patch !!   Our David would add one in the next release ?

It already will be in the next release. There's no such thing as "the perfect patch" by the way. Patch in Rhino has a stiffness parameter (is that the [t] input in Lunchbox?). You get a different patch result by varying this parameter. You have to pick a stiffness that works for you.
