concave model terrain from mesh

Hi All!

I've created a mesh, with a concave boundary. The height is controlled by a set of attractor points, based on the distance of the point cloud and the attractors.

The goal is to create a model-like terrain with horizontal slabs...

I'm stuck at this point, I have the mesh boundary and the section curves, but I just can't put it together the informations.

Any idea?
